PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

 

          Bill has practiced in the broad area of insurance defense and civil litigation since 1977 as a senior litigator with three staff counsel offices including Farmers Insurance Co., Continental Insurance Co., and Allstate Insurance Co. He has significant litigation experience in defending automobile and premises liability cases; uninsured/underinsured motorist claims; construction site injury cases; professional liability lawsuits including dental malpractice; and product liability litigation. He has successfully conducted over 75 jury or bench trials to a verdict and has arbitrated or mediated in excess of 250 cases to an award. His trials and hearings have involved a wide spectrum of injury claims including wrongful death; spinal and disc injuries; brain, head and facial injuries; dental injury or damage; fractures; ligament, cartilage and tendon damage; disfigurement; reproductive system injury; and psychological injury.

          Outside of his legal practice, Bill has coached travel and high school baseball teams, basketball and soccer and he is active in his community.
