Bill focuses his legal practice in the area of insurance defense with a concentration on transportation/trucking and construction matters. Bill also has considerable experience in the areas of premises liability, products liability, and personal injury defense. Prior to joining Chilton Yambert & Porter, Bill gained substantial experience representing clients in complex aviation and construction defense matters in numerous state and federal jurisdictions. In 2010, Bill was recognized as a “Rising Star” in the fields of aviation and construction litigation by Illinois Super Lawyers® magazine. Bill was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois in 2004 and the Northern District of Illinois in 2005.
