Ted primarily focuses on the transactional practice of law, concentrating on assisting entrepreneurs and larger businesses with corporate, contract, and real estate issues. He previously served in the legal department of two large corporations. Ted has negotiated and drafted purchase and sale contracts, strategic alliance agreements, personal service agreements, employment agreements, and software licenses. He has also negotiated, drafted and closed numerous real estate transactions, addressed remediation issues, prepared access and easement agreements, and worked with municipal officers regarding zoning and permits.
