PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
Sharon began practicing law in 1990 primarily, in Southern and Central Illinois where she handled plaintiff’s claims and defended personal injury cases. Since 1993, Sharon’s practice has been focused on defending cases and taking cases to verdict throughout Illinois. Sharon has successfully defended products liability cases including “man trips” used in coal mines in Southern Illinois, pedestrian versus auto cases, brain injury cases, wrongful death claims, the Wrongful Tree Cutting Act and numerous premises liability and property damage claims. She has tried cases involving a variety of injuries, including herniated discs, facial scarring, closed head injuries, fractures and myofascial pain claims.
Since 2005, Ms. Peart has been the Managing Partner of the Will County office. She continues to defend cases throughout Northern Illinois, Central Illinois and Southern Illinois.
