PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
Since 1983 Mike has been actively engaged in litigation with a concentration primarily on the defense of personal injury cases. The primary focus of his practice is on the defense of automobile liability matters. Mike also has significant experience defending a wide variety general liability claims, including premises liability, food poisoning, fire claims, assault & battery and liquor liability. He has also handled appeals and has argued before the Illinois Appellate Court. Mike has extensive trial experience including over 40 jury trials. He also has substantial experience in binding and mandatory arbitrations.
