Michael has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters in federal and state court at both the trial and appellate level. He has handled complex contract and trade secret disputes, medical malpractice, product liability, environmental and regulatory actions as well as land use, municipal and zoning disputes. Prior to joining Chilton Yambert & Porter, Michael was an associate in the Madison office of Michael Best & Friedrich and a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas K. Moore, Judge of the U.S. District Court of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas & St. John Division.
