PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

            Mark graduated from Dartmouth College in 1977 and Drake University Law School in 1981.  Since that time he has compiled a successful trial and appellate record in all areas of civil litigation, but specializing in construction liability, premises liability, trucking, fire loss and insurance coverage.  Mark has handled cases in nearly every county in northern Illinois and has concentrated his practice in Kane, DuPage, DeKalb and Kendall counties for the past twenty-five years.

Mark has been a featured speaker at IDC seminars, Kane County Bar Association seminars and the KCBA Bench/Bar Conference.  He has conducted training programs concentrating on risk management principles for insurance companies, trucking companies, construction companies and food service businesses.  He is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, The Dartmouth Lawyer's Association and the Kane and DeKalb County Bar Associations
