PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
Laura received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2007. While in law school she served as an editor of the Vermont Law Review, externed with a judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem.
Following graduation from Vermont Law School, Laura was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois. Prior to joining Chilton Yambert & Porter, she gained substantial litigation experience while working as an associate attorney at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Chicago. As a personal injury attorney, Laura successfully helped to resolve numerous claims on behalf of plaintiffs. As a newly admitted attorney, she has already tried jury cases to verdict with favorable results.
