PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

            Kim joined Chilton Yambert & Porter as an Associate in 2006.  Kim focuses her practice on workers’ compensation law where she has extensive trial experience. She also has experience in jury trials for civil litigation.  Kim has handled numerous cases at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission at both the Arbitration and review levels including pre-trial, trial and oral argument.  She has also worked on multiple cases which have been brought before the Illinois Circuit Court and Illinois Appellate Court.
