PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

            Joe joined Chilton Yambert & Porter in 2002 as an Associate.  He was elected Partner in 2004.  He has tried over twenty cases to verdict, both in civil litigation in Illinois and as a prosecutor in Alaska.  He is admitted to the State Bars of Illinois and Alaska as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois where he is a member of the trial bar.  Joe’s practice involves representing our clients both in and out of the courtroom in a broad variety of areas including employment law, civil rights defense, municipal issues, toxic tort litigation, environmental law, catastrophic injury cases and transactional matters.
