John has a wide array of experience assisting clients in complex litigation in both federal and state court, as well as experience before the Wisconsin and Florida state appellate courts, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. John has also represented clients in numerous arbitrations and mediations. He has handled a variety of litigation, including complex commercial disputes, products liability defense, medical malpractice defense, securities fraud claims, employment discrimination and harassment claims, as well as fair housing claims.
