PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

            Courtney joined Chilton Yambert & Porter as an associate attorney in 2007.  She was elected partner in 2009. Courtney defends toxic tort claims, including benzene and asbestos claims throughout Illinois, and has been admitted to practice on a pro hac vice basis before courts throughout the United States. Courtney has extensive appellate experience and has briefed and argued numerous cases before Illinois Appellate Courts, the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In addition, she has successfully prosecuted and defended various general commercial claims on behalf of businesses and individuals.
