PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

            Bill’s practice primarily focuses upon insurance coverage, litigation, personal injury defense, and workers’ compensation defense.  He also handles appellate work for the First, Second, Third and Fourth Appellate District Courts in the State of Illinois as well was the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Appellate Courts.  He has successfully presented cases before the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals in the Seventh Circuit. Bill has been selected to be a Member of the Illinois Leading Lawyers Network.
